Front Desk Manager

Cable Mountain Lodge is now accepting applications for the position of Front Desk Manager. We are located within steps of the Zion National Park entrance and celebrating our fifth year of operation. We pride ourselves in being a welcoming staff who provides personalized and attentive service to enhance our guests' experience.
Front Desk Manager is responsible for all duties of the front desk operation which include; staff training, inter-departmental communications, and staff scheduling. The FDM will work scheduled shifts at the desk; which will require days, nights, weekends and holidays. Coordinate activities with other departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction. Actively train and motivate associates to enhance guest experience. Effectively manage the reservation function to maintain highest possible room occupancy and average daily rate through suggestive selling by associates. Pleasantly respond and resolve guests requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
Qualifications:
3
years in Guest Services or Management experience, with an emphasis in customer service. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Knowledge and appreciation for Zion National Park and surrounding area preferred. Must possess computer skills, including, but not limited to knowledge of:
Gmail, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. Proficiency in RoomMaster or other property management systems, a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
