Ensign Hospitality, LLC. is looking to hire a full-time Front Desk Night Audit to work the graveyard shift at our Holiday Inn Express location in Springdale, UT. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS OUR FRONT DESK NIGHT AUDIT
As our Front Desk Night Audit, you are the only point of contact for our entire company during the night and therefore hold one of the most critical jobs in our hotel. You arrive each evening determined to make sure that our guests feel at home and have a safe and restful night. They may not remember your name, but your warm smile and helpful attitude are hard to forget. You remain calm and tactful when helping challenging guests. Most of your interactions, however, are pleasant--and even fun. You enjoy hearing about where our guests are from and what their plans are. You also love giving suggestions about places to visit and things to do while in town.
You are organized and able to juggle several tasks at one time as you check guests in, take phone calls, answer guests' questions, and solve problems. When not directly serving guests, you stay busy with jobs such as stocking the sweets shop. You continuously monitor the hotel lobby, alerting security to any issues. You also make detailed nightly reports for our management. As you prepare to go home each morning, you feel great about the important part that you have played in the success of our hotel and our ability to provide five-star customer service to our guests.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR FRONT DESK NIGHT AUDIT
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience
Ability to work graveyard, weekends, and holidays
Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred but not necessarily required. Experience with the Hilton systems is a plus! Are you a service-oriented team player? Are you a fast learner who adapts well to new systems and procedures? Are you a problem-solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills? Are you self-motivated and able to work independently? Are you respectful of privacy and confidentiality? Then, you might just be perfect for this Front Desk Night Audit position!
WORK SCHEDULE
This graveyard position typically works from 10 pm to 6 am, hours may vary.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
